Curriculum

ILM Day Nursery fully adopts the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), a framework that sets rigorous standards for our practices.

Our curriculum is designed to incorporate all round development of your child. We provide opportunities which enable your child to; exercise options and express ideas, reflect on experience and information, share thoughts, make decisions, make discoveries and explore and engage in first hand experiences.

Our curriculum is designed to be accessible for all children, regardless of any special educational need or disability.

The EYFS

The four principles of the EYFS that guide us in the delivery of the EYFS curriculum are:

A Unique Child

A Unique Child

Every child is a competent learner from birth who can be resilient, capable, confident and self-assured.
